With over two decades of experience in navigating pivotal moments and making strategic decisions as a CFO, Board Director, and Strategic Advisor, I’ve helped businesses tackle transformational growth, acquisitions, liquidity events, and operational challenges. 

These roles have given me firsthand insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face after initial success—managing growth, integrating acquisitions, raising capital, aligning strategies, and unlocking shareholder value.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, I grew up immersed in the challenges and triumphs of running a business. My grandfather’s resilience in building a livelihood on land and my father’s journey to business ownership shaped my understanding of what it takes to succeed—and how success often brings complex new challenges. These lessons were complemented by the influence of my mother, whose career as a nurse demonstrated resilience under pressure and the power of dedication to others.

My global experiences, including time spent around conflict zones, have further sharpened my ability to analyze challenges from every angle and negotiate solutions in high-stakes environments.
